Which food truck to choose: Retro, Classic, Kiosk or Cube compared
Before buying a food truck, the key question is "which model do I need?". The wrong choice means extra cost or a cramped workspace. Here is a plain comparison of Baaz Trucks models.
Baaz Retro — for fast food and all-round use
An American airstream-style body on a twin-axle chassis, 5.0 × 2.2 m. There is room for a grill, fryer and coffee machine, so it suits fast food, coffee and drinks. Build time is about 60 days.
Baaz Retro Black — for a coffee boutique
Same size as the Retro (5.0 × 2.2 m), with a black body, illuminated sign and LED contour. A premium look for a coffee brand. Build time is about 30 days.
Baaz Classic — compact, for coffee and fresh juice
A modern body with rounded corners, 3.5 × 2.0 m. The best fit for a small spot selling coffee or fresh juice. Build time is about 25 days.
Baaz Kiosk — for street trading
A wide display, two-sided service window and an illuminated rooftop sign, 4.5 × 2.3 m. Made for drinks and fast food in busy places. Build time is about 20 days.
Baaz Cube — a modern coffee boutique
A cube kiosk with oval windows, LED edge lighting and walls ready for full branding. At night it glows like its own billboard. Build time is about 20 days.
