How to order a food truck: steps and timeline

Ordering a food truck is not complicated when you know the steps in advance. At Baaz Trucks the process has 6 steps, all handled at one factory.

The 6 steps

• 1. Consultation — we discuss your business idea, location and budget
• 2. Model and design — we choose the truck or capsule model, color and layout
• 3. Production — the body is built at our factory to your order
• 4. Equipment and branding — we install equipment and apply your logo and colors
• 5. Paperwork and delivery — permits are prepared and the truck is delivered to your spot
• 6. First sale — you start trading and we stay by your side

How long it takes

The time depends on the model (production and branding):

• Baaz Kiosk and Baaz Cube — about 20 days
• Baaz Classic — about 25 days
• Baaz Retro Black — about 30 days
• Baaz Retro — about 60 days

What to prepare in advance

• Your menu idea — it determines the equipment and electrical power
• The location — where the truck will stand and whether there is electricity
• A rough budget
• Your logo and brand colors — we apply them to the truck
• How many people will work inside

How to avoid mistakes

• Pick the model for your menu: Retro or Kiosk for fast food, Classic or Retro Black for coffee
• On the model page, pick a color and try your logo on the truck
• Visit the factory and see the finished models in person
