How to choose a capsule

A capsule home is a modern solution for glamping, a guest house or a small office. It's built in the factory and delivered ready to use. To choose well, look at these 5 criteria.

1. Define the purpose

Who is the capsule for and how often will it be used? For glamping, the view and relaxation matter; for an office, the workspace and outlets; for a guest house, a comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

2. Size and placement

Measure the spot where the capsule will stand and think about how it will be delivered there. Consider how many people will live or work inside.

3. Materials and climate

Uzbekistan has hot summers and cold winters, so wall insulation, window quality and air conditioning matter. Panoramic windows look great but also let heat through — plan for curtains.

4. Equipment

• Bathroom and water supply
• Smart home panel: lights, curtains, AC
• Balcony or terrace

5. Budget and installation

The price covers more than the capsule itself: delivery, foundation or supports, and connecting power and water. Ask about all costs upfront.
